If you would like to invest in forestry, but don't have enough capital to invest in our other products, then the Paulownia small investment might just be the thing for you.
How it works:
- There are several investment amounts: from € 1,000 - € 5,000 (incl. 19% VAT).
- You buy a certain volume of Paulownia timber, which we will deliver to you after harvesting in year 12.
- We will plant sufficient Paulownia trees on a plantation of ours to be able to deliver the timber.
- After 12 years, the trees will be harvested and the timber sold on your behalf.
- You have the option to sell the timber back to us.
