With Robinia Invest you have the opportunity to invest in environmentally friendly Robinia and Paulownia plantations. With this type of forestry investment you are doing more than helping put an end to global deforestation. You are also putting yourself in a position to receive a high return on your money, with added securities to ensure the safety of your investment. A big environmental benefit is that your hectare with trees reduces your carbon footprint significantly. One hectare with Robinia binds about 15 tons of CO2 per year. One hectare with Paulownia binds about 100 tons per year. A normal household emits about 9 tons of CO2 per year.

When you invest, your plot is laid out in a sustainable manner on former agricultural or deforested land. Your trees can be certified. Certification will enable us to sell your hardwood (on your behalf) for the highest price and in bigger quantities.

From € 12,000 you can get involved with your own Robinia or Paulownia Investment. Your return will be based on the sale of timber, poles and biomass (renewable energy). It also gives you the sublease, lease or freehold title your plot and trees. Your projected return is about 15% per year compounded.

Your plot will be located near Berlin in Germany, so only a two hour flight away from London. Germany offers a good market for timber products and has an excellent infrastructure to transport the timber to other countries, where there is also a high demand for hardwood.
