When you invest in Robinia or Paulownia you have several securities which ensure that your money and return on investment are what you expect:

1.Freehold title
You will have a notarial deed that provides the legal ownership of your plot and trees. If you invest in ½ or 1 hectare, you can also sublease a plot at considerable lower cost.

2.Your Maintenance Guarantee
When you invest with Robinia Invest, we will act as your maintenance commpany, unless you chose somebody else to do this for you. In any case you can rely on German forestry experts with many years of experience.

3.Your Replacement Guarantee
Should your plot lose more then 20% of its trees during the first year, then these trees will be replaced with new ones. This guarantee is given by the nursery company who plants the trees. In order to qualify for this guarantee, all land has first been inspected and approved by the nursery company.
4.Your Insurance cover for fire and storm damage
Even though the chance of damage from a fire or storm is very small, your plot is insured against fire and storm damage with AXA insurance company.
Certification
Certification is important when your trees are harvested and sold. It's our opinion that certification is not necessary until the 7th or 8th year. After this time, poles can be made from your trees and subsequently sold for a higher price.
