1.Trustee registration into Land Register
Hutchinson Trust will be registered into the German Land Register
with a hold on the land for the entire investment term. This means that
nobody can harvest the trees until the preset dates for both Robinia and
Paulownia timber. Even in case of a worst case scenario, your trees are
protected.

2.Freehold title to land and trees
75% of our investors go for the freehold investments. It's only
possible from 4 hectares, but still appeals to many. Land prices in
eastern Germany continue to increase, adding extra value to the
investment.

3. Insurance cover for fire and storm damage
Even though the chance of damage from a fire or storm is very
