10 Year Standing Timber

NB: In the table mentioned above, we have calculated a 10% return per year for your Robinia standing timber and land. This is based on a price increase of 2% for your land and Robinia standing timber. A new owner would have to harvest the trees and sell them as poles and biomass and he would want to make a profit himself.
We also calculate that from your 6,000 trees per 1.0 hectare, 1,000 trees will not be suitable to be sold, because they are simply too small or will have died. Your returns in these tables are therefore calculated with 5,000 trees.

Your investment includes costs for:
