Since agriculture was developed, there have been landlords who own the land and famers who worked the land and paid the landlord a yearly rent. This concept has been around for thousands of years and is the basis for farming all around the world.

Robinia Invest has now decided to introduce the same concept into commercial forestry. This opens up the way for new investors who either want:

  • An annual income
  • Invest in forestry but don't have the capital for a lump sum investment, but want to pay in      monthly rates.

If you are an investor that wants a steady income from your investment with little or no risk, then the landlord investment is the option for you. You buy the land, trees and pay for setting up your commercial forestry plot.  We then find an investor (the tenant) who wants to lease the land from you for a fixed payment per month. The tenant pays for the maintenance of the trees and gets the benefits of harvesting the trees after 10 years.

If you are an investor who wants to invest in forestry but lack the financial means to pay with a lump sum, then you become the tenant of the landlord. You only have to pay a monthly (or yearly) payment to Robinia Invest and 4 yearly rates for the maintenance. Robinia Invest will pay the landlord the monthly rent on behalf of the tenant.
